First!


I intend to use this platform as a form of showing my gratitude towards the great essence of awesome that is to be found in everyday life.

SO lets start here.
As a recent exploration of how Awesome it can be to trot, jog and sprint especially in the early hours of the morning I have made some healthy decisions in everyday life.

For the past 2 weeks I have been trotting, jogging and sprinting in the morning.
And I have to sat it feels AWESOME, the great essence is truly vivid here.



My cardiovascular-ability must have "at least" doubled in this short time.

Just a few days back I got in to a habit of jogging anywhere I was headed.
I love jogging, The essence of awesome in me wants me to aim for running a marathon.


SO! Today I ran just around 20 KM.
After this pass I was out of steam, but It makes me want to keep pushing the limits of awesome,
I will!
